The East is rising

and the West is actually surprised

In school, we were taught that you need to be objective and face facts to achieve an optimal result.

In business school, we were basically being taught the same thing but now we call it a case study and we simply put in more facts and call them macroeconomic, social and other factors.

In policits, nothing of the above seems to have been applied in particular to the example of energy and related geo politics.
